Assumption of Risk: I understand that using a sauna involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, overheating, and other health-related issues. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my use of the sauna.
Health Disclosure: I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions that would contraindicate my use of the sauna, including but not limited to heart problems, respiratory issues, or pregnancy. I have consulted with a healthcare professional if I have any questions regarding my health and the use of the sauna.
Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Bindee Yoga LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of my use of the sauna
Compliance with Rules: I agree to follow all posted and verbal rules and instructions regarding sauna use, including temperature guidelines and time limits.
Towel Provision: I acknowledge that towels will be provided for my use in the sauna, and I will use them as instructed for hygiene purposes. Towels are to be hung on the provided towel rod after use.
